Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. 

For hygiene reasons, used or washed bath linen, bathrobes and beachwear cannot be returned, unless the product is defective. 

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes and any other applicable return costs. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, Feather Drape will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
